Refund policy

Please note all plush are handmade and no two are identical - some natural variation will occur in these custom cuties!

At Careful It Bites, every plush creature is handmade with care and attention to detail. Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. Careful It Bites will gladly issue refunds or exchanges if plush received is found to be defective in any way. Every plush creature is checked before shipment, but occasionally something not up to standards slips through.

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Include a description of the damage and clear photos of the creature and its dilemma.

• Once the damage is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.

Please note that Careful It Bites is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear. That said, please do contact me if you would like to set up a hospital visit for a beloved plush friend who has had something unfortunate befall it and we can come up with a plan for restoration!
