The creatures are as safe as I can make them by using what is known as Safety Eyes (all noses and little plastic hearts are the same deal). These are factory-made plastic eyes that have a shaft on the back that goes through the fabric to the back where a little grommet fits snuggly in place making them very secure.

BUT a general rule of thumb is if you are at all nervous about giving a little one a plush with this type of eye, please message me and we can talk alternatives (think sewn-on eyes, or embroidered) or just think of the plush as adorable room decor until the kiddo is a bit older.

NOPE! I am a massive animal lover and only use synthetic & hypoallergenic materials.

Fleece critters: Though hand-washing is always best, these fleece creatures can be carefully cleaned in a washing machine.

For best results, tie monster up in a pillowcase (so its eyes don't get scuffed banging into sides of machine) and wash on cold/delicate. Dryer can be used on its lowest heat setting (also safest to keep it in the pillowcase!)

Furry critters: with these fluffy creatures, handwashing is best. Absolutely no dryer! Heat will actually melt the faux fur fabric into a perm-like state.

YES! I do offer face replacement surgery (and any other monstery repairs you need). Please email me a pic of the damage and we will get a plan in place to get your plush back to its beautiful self.

Yes! I love making custom kitties in honor of real live felines. I will have you submit a pic so I can get an idea of how complicated the crafting will be (kitties with spots and stripes are a bit more complex to replicate) and then we will chat about options, costs, and turnaround times. Noooo, sadly not. I am only taking orders for variations of my own plush designs and do not want to dabble into copyright infringement territory.

I try to work at least 2 days a week at the market - honestly, they can vary from week to week. I encourage you to send me a message about specific dates to see if I will be there instead of assuming I'll be set up!

As of right now, shopping my online store or with me in person at Pike Place Market or one of my Seattle craft shows is the way to get your hands on zee plush!
